  • DO YOU PROVIDE PRODUCT TRACKING / TRACKING INFORMATION?

    Yes, wait 2-5 business days you will receive an email confirming that your parcel has been dispatched. If you did not receive this email, you can ask for it directly by sending an email at kawaiibutikku@tutanota.com  You can also track your order by going to the footer and click on Track Your Order

  • SOME ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY ORDER, WHAT IS HAPPENING?

    Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If, for example, it contains articles from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.

  • I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT CAN I DO?

    We are sorry to hear that. Just send us a picture of the damaged item in question at the email address: kawaiibutikku@tutanota.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

  • I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT IS TAKING SO LONG?

    We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance and especially at this time related to COVID-19 events. You can however trace your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel that you need help tracking your package or want to inquire about it, please contact us by email at the following address: kawaiibutikku@tutanota.com

  • DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?

    We do our best to resolve any issues that our customers may encounter with their items online. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, in the event that the remedy is made within 30 days of the date of the order and that the product (s) concerned are not sold.   • Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

    • Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.  
    • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, in their original package, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind. For more information on Refund please read our Refund Policy.
    • For returns, please email kawaiibutikku@tutanota.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return.
    • Seller will provide the customer with instructions on where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
    • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
    • When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
    • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
  • What are your sizes?
  • Our clothes are perfect for Kawaii fashionistas between the age of 9-18 but we cater to adult and plus sizes too in many styles.
  • All our sizes are Asian sizes which can size up a little smaller than European and Western sizes.

    We have international size charts in the description tab of the product.

    Please choose a SIZE UP to ensure the clothes fit comfortably especially if looking for an oversized fit.

    Some items are made only in one size due to popularity and limited stock.

    One size is considered a M and about a UK size 8-10 / US 4-6

    XS = UK4-6 US0-2

    S = UK6 / US2

    M = UK8 / US4

    L = UK10 / US6

    XL = UK12 / US8

    XXL=UK12-14 / US8-14
